Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
